Most custom ordered materials and pieces are non- refundable. In the event that we can return an item should you change your mind after ordering, our policy is to charge a 15% restocking fee, along with the store’s usual restocking fee, usually 20% to 40%. These fees vary from supplier to supplier.
Restocking fees cover time, labor and delivery fees and costs to handle the return of your items.
The materials are items such as tile, lighting, specialty hardware, or any other item Palm Beach Kitchens & Interiors Corp. has procured on your behalf. In the event there is no restocking fee in the store, Palm Beach Kitchens & Interiors Corp. will charge a 25% restocking fee.
